Annacillia's wedding cake one year later. Yes we do have those great opportunities to create the wedding cake again. The above photo shown the original wedding cake topper (make fake as a keepsake, but that is another tale) and the anniversary cake to the right. No they are not exactly alike, mainly because the anniversary cakes are free. Free means less time is spend on design and of course less money spent on creating the new cake. The original wedding cake seen below was fondant and had white chocolate pearls which were hand made and painted with dry luster food color topped off with gum paste calla lilies. Te client was thrilled with the freebie so we were too!
